বিনিময় নীতি
আমরা বিনিময়ের জন্য SWAP (SWAP.COM.BD) উল্লেখিত মূল্য ব্যবহার করছি। আপনার পণ্যের আনুমানিক মূল্য মান জানতে অনুগ্রহ করে SWAP.COM.BD ব্রাউজ করুন অথবা শর্তের উপর নির্ভর করে সঠিক মূল্য জানতে SWAP অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করুন। একটি ডিভাইস বিনিময় করতে গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই নিম্নলিখিত সমস্ত মানদণ্ড পূরণ করতে হবে:
- গ্রাহকদের ফোনের মালিক হওয়ার বৈধ প্রমাণ থাকতে হবে।
- ফোন ভাঙা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা বিদ্যমান অভ্যন্তরীণ সমস্যা গ্রহন করা হবে না.
- মেরামত করা ফোন গ্রহন করা হবে না।
- গ্রাহক এমন মূল্যের সাথে একটি ফোন বিনিময় করতে পারেন যা কেনা ফোনের চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে না।
- গ্রাহককে এনআইডি/পাসপোর্টের কপি প্রদান করতে হবে এবং ক্রয় ফর্মে সমস্ত বিবরণ প্রদানের জন্য নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

To exchange a device, customer must fulfill all of below criteria:
- Customers should have valid proof of being the owner of the phone.
- Phones should not be broken or damaged or with existing internal issue.
- Phone should not be repaired.
- Customer can exchange a phone with such valuation which cannot be higher than the phone purchased.
- Customer should provide NID/Passport copy and follow instruction to provide all details in purchase form.
